Thanks my fryer was on 275 I believe. And my fryer was crowded so the grease cools down the comes back to temp... they came out good! Every fryer temp and cook times will vary. Thanks for asking for clarification
Why do I need to season the flour if I heavily season the chicken?? My mother never seasoned the flour, and it came out slamming. OH. my mother never used a egg wash. just seasoned the chicken, dipped it in flour and fried it. There was this soul food resteraunt in Newark nj, Juniors, you could see the kitchen and they would put the season chicken in this pile of flour and just fried it. It just seems like a waste of seasonings in the flour, that's going to be thrown out cause the chicken was in the flour.
I have tasted some mighty fine fried chicken...that my Texas born & raised mother has made...but nothing so Great that it would make me "slap my mama"...i know that would be an instant way of dying...coz my 6ft tall mama would put a real good "hurting" on anyone that gunna try slapping her..! 🙌🙌🙌 cute product name tho...ive just never tasted anything in this world thatta force me to slap my own mama..._ true dat*
