Turns out Chuggaa doesn't make his money for these gifts off of youtube, he is actually the best negotiator. You can see the pure joy on Emile’s face when giving these gifts. Like you can see a genuinely kind person who just wants to give his friends gifts they deserve. This is one of the reasons I absolutely love Emile. He seems like just a kind person overall and he just deserves the world

Hey may not have than many subscribers or views as compared to the other bigger channels, but he still does have a considerable amount of views alone and when TRG is taken into consideration as well, there's his little "side income". But I think the karma effects from all his gift giving is giving him enough to live comfortably with extra. Just look at the freaking Earthbound Shrine that you can find in Stephenvlog's videos from the January 2018 playlist, he clearly says that he bought it from a guy off ebay! It is sad that he is a hidden gem, but I am also happy that he is our hidden gem that has not been tainted by popularity and puts his viewers first.
I would question how Emile affords all of this stuff since I can't imagine RU-vid pays *that* well, but I now understand that it's all from his Stand, [Money From Nothing], thereby revealing this his secret identity is Probait, another extremely generous person.
However where does he live? There are places where you can get very cheaply while still nice while it cost a ton in California. So he probably make an average household which about 40 gram a year I think
I'm starting to get the idea that Emile is some sort of demon that derives power from hugs. No matter what kind of research I do, I can't think of any other reason that someone could be THIS NICE TO OTHERS.

After rewatching his Earthbound LP, I now understand why Emile said he's on the spectrum. Dude's body language is displaying that soooo much. On top of him being made out of compressed wholesome.
The moment after he took out the cups and sped through the original 8 smash characters, the way he said it reminded me of my friend who IS on the spectrum when he explains planes to me. Something I definitely didn't notice when I was younger cause i had no way of knowing, but now that I'm in my 20s I definitely see it
But really tho, as someone who gifted a 3DS to her best friend (with the help of another friend, it was a joint gift), the feeling of giving amazing presents to your friends and seeing their reaction IS one of the best in the world, so I totally get why Emile is so generous.

It's so wholesome, and greed doesn't get to their head. Like Stephan was always surprised. He just wanted something small and people close to him. Chugga and the rest of em are cool. Also their smiles are my favorite thing, shows genuine happiness.
Everyone needs a friend like Emile. Not because of the gifts, but because of how sweet and kind he is. He is a literal angel that needs to be protected at all costs
This video summarizes why I chose to side with Emile during the 2024 Chuggacontroversy: Even if the allegations made against him were true, they would not have invalidated any of these remarkable qualities that made him so beloved in the first place. And now that the allegations have been confirmed to be rooted in misunderstandings, exaggerations, or outright fabrications, it makes me, well, _disillusioned_ towards Stephen and Mal, among others, for so quickly ditching Emile when it mattered most. When all this started in January, they easily could have called Emile and asked him how true the allegations were, at which point it would have become clear that a lot of crucial context was intentionally omitted, as many of Emile's supporters began to realize even before his official statement in mid-April. Instead, they chose to believe the words of these two random people over their personal knowledge of a friend they had for over a decade. But as I said earlier, I am only _disillusioned_ with them. While I have lost a certain degree of respect for many of Emile's friends, barring Tim and Josh, I am not willing to consider them beyond the point of no return. That being said, if this is how Emile's kindness and generosity are repaid, then I fear that the rest of TRG may one day suffer a similar fate.
that's the problem with the internet, not that it makes people turn on each other but that we are not privy to the private side. that's not the issue but how people respond only with what's happening online assuming that is the whole story. Professional distancing makes sense as those who do streaming cannot afford controversy flooding their chats but in private things are likely much different, they're good friends and likely talked in private. Though that's only my guess on things, only NCS and to some extent ProtonJon have commented on things recently where it seems they're all good and waiting on Emile to feel ready to resume TRG stuff. anyone else outside of that we will have to wait on if they will ever comment on things. Personally I don't think they will directly say anything but instead the proof will be how everyone else interacts with Emile going forward, if they're good friends still then that says enough about things.
Chuggaaconroy has been my favorite LPer for 10 years. He helped me get through tough times. And when I found out how generous he is with gift giving I was like "I want to grow up to be like Emile."
