The CIAMBELLA or CIAMBELLONE is a classic of the Italian breakfast given the great growth it has in the oven!
This is the Ricotta dough similar to that of Soft Strudel, you asked me to use it for other preparations and this is an idea, resulting in a very soft, light and very high donut! Most of it is already stuffed before cooking and as you can see on the video the jam does not go down and stays exactly where you put it! Of course, you can also use Nutella or other jam flavors.

Ingredients: Mold 24 cm
220-250 g of flour (depends on the consistency of the Ricotta)
250 g of cow's milk ricotta
120 g of sugar
3 eggs
1 sachet of baking powder for cakes (16 g)
1 Lemon (or Orange)
Cherry jam (or other flavors)
