Actually you already can do it with the target tag, and also it can be done with Xpresso , both already worked since version R8 or 9 ....over 12 Years ago :-), but anyway cool Tutorial

You could create an animation then export the model with animation to unity, but if you wanted to export to unity with the constraints intact you're going to be disappointed, unity would have no way of understanding what a constraint tag is.
