Hi Tom, great video-felt very personal. My wife and I hiked The Wave this summer (2023) during the heat wave! Needed 5 litres of water each! I also found the last mile to The Wave difficult! I thought I was fairly fit- I run 5K three times a week (I'm late 60s). I planned to hike up to top rock-but the heat was too much (yes- started at sunrise) . Still had a most amazing time and almost life changing day!
