Thank you for this quick and delicious looking recipe. I just tried it out and it looked really good. However, it was extremly bitter, we could not eat it. Do you have an idea, why it turned out like this? I didn't put any extra ingredients. I used apple vinegar.

Ciao Valentina, Come Stai. A little extra work but worth it. Someone needs to buy you a griddle for your pancakes and French toast. When I worked at a summer Bible camp I had to make 300-400 pancakes at one time and we had a device to pump out the cakes pre measured on a large flat top griddle. @@HowTasty Buona Sera Valentina. It is my most used appliance. I have a flat griddle about 12 inches by 16 inches, it's perfect for a small apartment. Easy clean-up, wash it in the sink. Mostly breakfast but sometimes I'll make chicken. I don't really make too many fancy meals, I keep it simple. If you can find one I suggest you get it. It also saves calories because it's non stick and you use less oil or butter. Start dropping hints now that you want one for Christmas and maybe Santa 🎅 Claus will bring you one 😊. Vinegar is acidic, so it reacts with baking soda (basic) and create carbon dioxide that gives rising and fluffiness to these pancakes. You can't taste it, but it is needful for the fluffiness. Let me know if you try them out! much love

If you’ve tried the recipe and it didn’t turn out well, you should have asked the question differently, so I could give you an answer and try to explain what what could have been the problem. I usually reply to almost every comment I receive, and accusing me of lying about a quantity of flour is something that not only makes no sense, but is also disrespectful.
