Hi, Thanks so much for a detailed review. I have one question though before buying this 9 cup. Can it whip cream and emulsify egg whites too?? Please do reply🙏

Hi Roopa - I have made butter in the food processor - and before it forms the butter, it does whip the cream, but it's not as fluffy as with a whisk or stand mixer wire whip.

I prefer to use a stand mixer for pound cake - my recipe requires a decent amount of creaming time. I do use my food processor to mix the wet ingredients for my carrot cake though! www.epicuricloud.com/recipe/our-favorite-carrot-cake/

I've been hunting a food processor and have looked at the kitchen aid a few times. After watching this I think I'll go with the Cuisinart custom 11 or 14. This processor seems way to loud for me. Thanks for the video.

@@TrangNguyen-sr4wb Hi Trang - Hope you're doing well! There are 3 and 5 cup KitchenAid choppers that are super handy! But they won't work on the base of the 9-cup Food Processor.

Yes, you can make dough in the 7-cup as well. I try to keep the flour amount to 2.5 cups and lower.
