I just found this attachment new in box at the thrift store for $18 I almost died from excitement lol thanks for this video

Thank you so much! I'm getting married soon and my mom wanted to buy my fiance (an avid baker) an attachment for the Kitchenaid for our wedding. He was really unsure of what he wanted until he saw this come out but we wanted a thorough review. This was excellent! :D

What if your recipe calls for 720 grams of flour (about) 6 cups? You said the sifter holds 4 cups as you add more flour does it add to the previous total or go back to zero and do you the math as you go?
