I wrap them up good. For this one, I left it one the cookie sheet and covered it well with plastic wrap. It seems to do well. I only had 2 slices left and I put those in a ziplock sandwich bag and ate them the next day. Hope you enjoy this delicious twist! Mine didn't last long.
I do, but not with this one. I was using up all the commercial flour. Plus I was serving this to people who would not appreciate the whole grain goodness of fresh milled.
That my friend is a Bosch Universal mixer! I use it for everything! It is a workhorse for bread, big batches of cookies and anything else you want to make. One of my favorite kitchen tools, I've used a Bosch mixer for over 20 years.
