This Cinnamon Twist Bread is full of yummy cinnamon sugar and golden raisins. It is full of flavor. And the best part is it is LOW in FAT. Only 2 tablespoons of butter in ONE loaf of bread!

Ingredients for one loaf:
1.75 cups (263 g) bread flour
2 tablespoons (25 g) sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1.5 teaspoons (6 g) instant yeast
1 large egg (about 50 g)
2/3 cup (167 ml) warm whole milk, 120°F
2 tablespoons (30 g) unsalted butter
1/2 cup (85 g) golden raisin
1/2 egg (beaten) for egg wash
Filling:
3 tablespoons (38 g) light brown sugar
3 tablespoons (38 g) sugar
1.5 tablespoons (12 g) ground cinnamon
Bread Pan size: Loaf Pan (8.5 x 4.5 x 2.75 inches)
Roll out 9” X 16”
Bake at preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-28 minutes. After 15 minutes, cover the top with foil to prevent the brown sugar from burning.
Note: this dough is slightly “wet”. If you hand knead, let the combined ingredients rest for 15 minutes before start kneading by hand.
