I have now made this bread 3 times and each time it comes out better and better. I make 2 small loaves because I don’t have a Pullman pan. But that works just fine. I made them for Christmas Brunch the other day and it was a real hit!! Everyone is asking for the recipe. AND they were very pretty - even found “sanding sugar” at Walmart that looked like gold glitter. Pretty and festive with a white icing. Thank you! This video is very easy to follow with detailed and directions that don’t rush us through. Update: 11-27-22: I bought a Pullman Pan and have baked this now numerous times. Awesome!

That would be a beautiful loaf, to give at Christmas, with candied red and green cherries and white glaze, decorating the top! My daughter is expecting her third child any day. My husband and I will be watching their 5 & 2-year old, and they love to help me bake. I'm going to make this loaf, with .y grandchildren, to take home to give to mom and dad! Thank you for yet another amazing recipe! You can do so much with flour, sugar, yeast, water, and time!

Hello! I tried this recipe with a tweak of my own to make a cinnamon, mixed spice fruit loaf. I used 2 teaspoons of mixed spice in the dough mixture. I then sprinkled cranberries & sultanas (small handful, maybe 1/4cup each) before the cinnamon sprinkle. I sprinkled it all with cinnamon sugar to finish it off & it smelled & tastes AMAZING! I am not buying my breakfast bread anymore, thanks to this recipe... P.S as a new bread maker, this was my 10th loaf where I learned fully that hot water from the tap is better than from the kettle, there is something as too hot to make the yeast rise, but today it absolutely ballooned up!!! I LOVE THIS RECIPE THANK YOU SOO VERY MUCH!!!🥰👏🙏❣

I’ve been making this bread for years. We like it with brown sugar n cinnamon on the inside and some time raisins. Yours looked good too.

Made this today! So yummy!! I had to adjust a little. Since I don't have the sifter attachment, I combined dry ingredients and whisked them. I added one cup to the yeast mix then the vanilla and butter, then one cup of the dry mix at a time until combined. This was a hit with my family! Thank you for the recipe!

Ever since I was a small boy I loved cinnamon bread. As I grew and learned to cook and bake I became dissatisfied with the same old rolled-up cinnamon loaf bread. I have tried to create a different type of shape all with no success UNTIL NOW. Wow, What a great and simple way to make Cinnamon Rasin Bread. It will be my main go-to cinnamon loaf from now on. I baked this last night. It is Delicious !!! This is the first cinnamon bread I've have baked and I'm so happy I tried your recipe. I didn't have powered sugar , I used brown sugar, I usedsoft butter

Tried this for the first time, we loved it! I measured out my brown sugar, so next time a cup of brown sugar, 1-2 teaspoons of cinnamon works great for these 2 loaves of bread.

It’s called a Babka! The filled, rolled, sliced and twisted technique is from the traditional babka. Chocolate filled is possibly the most popular version. I’ve made one with an eggnog-cream cheese and cranberries filling (with a dash of nutmeg in the dough, one of my favorite warming spices). I love the honey in the dough in this version, and someone’s suggestion of apples and/or raisins with the cinnamon! I’m going to have to make that. :)
