Hi everybody 😍. Today I'm making a very delicious pound cake with crumble topping. It's soooo yummy that you will like yo have it all in a minute 👌. I hope you make this buttery, crunchy cinnamon walnut pound cake and enjoy it 😋.
Here's what you need :
🌸🌸 It's more precise if you measure the ingredients but I wrote the equles here too.🌸🌸
Loaf pan size :10*20 cm
2 eggs
90 g suger (1/2 cup)
70 g soft butter (1/3 cup)
25 ml oil (1 and 1/2 tbsp)
1/2 tsp vanilla powder or 1 tsp vanilla extract
150 g sour cream (1/2 cup +1 tbsp)
150 g flour (1 and 1/4 cup)
1 tsp baking powder
Crumble topping:
40 g cold cubed butter (1/4 cup)
30 g brown sugar (1/4 cup)
50 g flour (1/3 cup)
1 tsp cinnamon
35 g walnuts (1/3 cup)
Bake in preheated oven at 175 C for 50 minutes.
