Hey there buddy I have liver cirrhosis they said to my mum in may 2021 that I only have 12 months to live it’s now June 2023 I do struggle every day with my liver being sore and flared up I don’t really see a specialist that much she is a professor and I’ve only seen her twice in two years the health system in Brisbane princess Alexandra hospital liver clinic is pretty bad compared to my other professor in Melbourne I was seeing her once a month then I moved to Brisbane had a massive bleed lost nearly 4 litres of blood liver veins bursted and I have varicoses and I have to get varicose banding every month which is a pain in the but when I got discharged in July 2021 I was home for a week and I had a bad pain on the right side and I went back and they done a ct scan and they found a 27 centimetre meter long blood clot in my portal vein and I have to inject blood thinners twice a day being doing for two years it’s a pain in the but as well I live in pain every day I have tried everything in the drug store and nothing seems to work I’m on antidepressant and they help with the pain it relaxes my muscles but I can’t take to many 6 serapax I take a day my stomach feels like it’s going to blow up I think my liver is inflamed I wish I see a liver specialist because my one hasn’t got the time I can’t believe it it’s the biggest hospital in Brisbane Australia and I’ve seen one liver specialist in two years I just want know how my liver is going because as l said before it feels very tight and bloated I might need to go to hospital to get checked out I’ve been going 3 times a month because of pain i been on a pain management list for over two years it’s a joke this state Brisbane when they to you to hospital you might be on ramp with paramedics and to see a doctor 6 -8 hours that’s how bad Queensland health care system is anyway I’m just living day to day until my liver stops working sometimes I wish I was dead living like this every day good bye everyone for now 10:32
Take milk thisle and serrapetase. The condition of liver and scarring will get better. I've done those. Seviere chirhosis and the doctors were "like what the fuck". The scar tissue had noticebality diminished and blood work also improved by a mile.
I have chrosis Dr said my score is 2 though. I dont understand . No one to talk to , Cant find any chats for it. Been bad d4inking pepsi.Never had alchol or drug's. Lost some weight but my hands are turning more red . Skin is real thin. Did you have acid reflux or gastris with it? Seems a lot of people do. God bless
MELD score starts at 4, it doesn't go down to 2. It may be stage 2 they are talking about. You don't have to drink alcohol to get it. Lots of things can contribute. Including family history of liver issues. I do have stomach issues. I would speak to a GI doctor or a liver specialist. Your family doctor should be able to refer you. Every situation may be different.

You put out great videos Neil. It is crazy when people tell us ‘Oh well you look great it I wouldn’t even know your sick”. No one can see how we feel. With cirrhosis we experience so many symptoms. It’s like what is today’s ailment going to be??? You’re doing a great job being positive.
Hiya buddy, I'm 28 days sobar, I don't know how you ended up like this, werther it was alcohol or something else but I wish you the best for the future, I have drank to excess since I left the RAF Regiment, 15 years ago and I am very, very lucky as I had a liver test, scan, and it was just slightly fatty, which will clear up itself I've been told, so god bless and take care, Paul
What was your alt and ast when you first found out you had it.. got my alt back it was 220 and they said I have a very fatty liver. What would u do next and anything u suggest taking? I read about mil thistle and thank!!!!!
