CISSP CERTIFIED FOR A YEAR . WHAT IS IT LIKE? UPDATE

CISSP has opened so many career doors for me and was worth pursuing. Been certified since 2013 and in my third cycle now. I have always managed to obtain more than double the required CPEs throughout my cycles. I would encourage anyone who is interested in cybersecurity to pursue this qualification.

Well done. My cissp accreditation came through in late December. Since then I have passed the CCSP and will be sitting the CSSLP on friday. Then its on to the cissp-issmp, then probably the cissp-issap and cissp-issep. Then I will probably be too busy again.

I have a bachelor's degree in network security and a security+ certification nearing expiration. After 18 years employment with one company my position was eliminated. I took my CISSP to prove my knowledge. That was a hard test. I am bout a year out as well. I also got my CASP and CEH and working on my oscp now. Are you on linked in and can I connect with you?

Good certificate not very technical that’s why I wouldn’t do it.....More for management types
