Here we are showing how to easily remove a faulty cluster from a Citroen DS3 without special tools in about 5 minutes! - We then show the full process of how we clone a 2nd hand set of clocks so they display the vehicles correct mileage - IMPORTANT - If you need to replace the cluster on one of these vehicles or most other Peugeot / Citroen vehicles DO NOT plug in & test a secondhand set before getting them cloned - This is because the mileage is held in both the cluster & the BSI & when fitted the higher mileage of the two units will over-write the other to the highest value, then cloning just the cluster will not be all you will have to do, the mileage will need correcting in both units if you do!
If you require a cluster cloning on a Citroen vehicle - or any other vehicle check us our at:

Thanks for the vid. How do you put the needles in exactly the right position?

Thanks for watching & for your comment - on this cluster I made a very small pencil mark where the needles sat before removing & then twisted them back on to the same place, these are stubborn little buggers to get off on these, pull & twist method didn’t work so well so I opted for plan B - spoons!.. for a better look on how it was done you may have to watch the strip down in slow motion..

I would imagine you are referring to the speaker in the cluster, indeed the repeated binging & bonging can be annoying.. this could possibly be quietened by covering the speaker holes with tape.. makes kids toys much more bearable!

@@geertbr6727 I guess so, usually the cluster will have speaker ‘vent’ holes on the rear - look do these, I would also remove the cluster but still have it plugged in & check to see if the sounds are definitely coming from the cluster - it’s possible the the speaker is elsewhere…
