To mark 20 years of partnership between USAID and Mongolia, we asked Mongolians to tell us about how they, and their country, have changed during that time.
Sukhbaatar was the director of the energy authority in Khuvsgul province when the provincial center had no electricity. USAID provided five diesel generators to power the city in 1998 and 2000, which are still used today as back-up energy sources.
