Well hubby just bought me the patio collection four burner with air fryers (go big or go home) and just seasoned the grill while watching a few of your videos! You guys are hilarious. Videos are very entertaining! Food looks amazing and I can’t wait to make my first meal! I definitely recommend the glove when seasoning as it kept my hand cool as a cucumber! Wish me luck…I’m the grill master in my house and I think I got this!

Breakfast on the Blackstone is one of the best meals ever. Great to see you take it to the next level with a CJ variety offering. Like the taters in the egg molds, had not thought of that one, definately going to try that with a few added spices, French toast prep is boss, using the coffee creamer jumps the flavor a bunch. Hey good job on the bacon too.

Next time you fix french toast, add vanilla and cinnamon to your egg and milk mixture. Also a sprinkle of powered sugar on cooked toast is good. You can have breakfast anytime of the day! It all looks so good!

I'm in north ga. I have 5 burner Blackstone. Hashbrowns from fresh taters best. Food processor to shred taters then thoroughly rinse & dry smothered covered & chunked (oinion peppers ham & cheese)I cook for 6 adults daily. Smash burgers too.

Hi, I'm Tom aka Huscular Hank. I am from Southern Maryland. I cook on a 36' Blackstone with air fryer as well as a 22" portable. Best movie, Roadhouse. And T-Rex,. You missed a great Vanilla Ice quote on Carl's comment that said get to the point. LOL And on the cook, I do a similar big breakfast for my kids all the time! I also include scrapple. I have had my griddle for a few months, we finally moved into a new house. I been watching the black stone videos and CJs first cooking show for a few years… I’m opening my griddle and my husband does not cook but he wants to try his hand at cooking 😂 but what would be the first meal he should cook/try

There are lots of easy "beginner" things to do: burgers and hot dogs, fried rice, hibachi, bacon and eggs, etc. One of my favorite things to cook on my Blackstone - and an easy cook - are quesadillas. Cook up your meat and veggies, remove. Throw down some tortillas and cover with Monterey Jack cheese. Once the cheese starts melting, top with your meat and veggies and fold over. Cook until both sides are browned on the outside, flipping every two minutes or so. Serve with sour cream, salsa, and guacamole.
