CJI is just delaying the case as he is retiring soon. Why is it always Kapil Sibal or Abhishek SInghvi. Supreme Court itself has to come clean in their conduct. Many of the verdicts are highly questionable for a lay person.

I feel all these proceedings are just to pass time till the case becomes forgotten by the public. Cji can do least to give instructions to speed up the proceedings. Including him spending time on this case so that country can see for once justice delivered by cji in time. Full country is waiting. And you hear such arguments which have no bearing for delivering justice.

What a shame less person is sibal ? Why is he being allowed to speak in between and interrupting and finally diverting the issues. Similar, we all who allowed him to do so ? It is not simple murder or rape but a bigger deep rooted conspiracy Where in Govt of west Bengal is tried to help the culprits with help of local police N then head of RG Kar hospital. Hv seen SC very promot to hear the case on late hours , single bench to double bench without wasting time and pronounced the judgements late evening in case of satalwad then why not to act in similar fashion and gave some orders like removal of Calcutta police commissioner and no interference of state government. Till final verdict is given. Request CJI TO FEEL MOOD AND ANGER OF THOUSANDS OF PROTESTERS WHO ARE ON STREET AND DEMANDING JUSTICE ,.
