That was the real start of their romance. Kristin played that realy good, great scene. Btw., check out Talkville podcast with Michael and Tom. If you are/was a Smallville fan its realy fun to watch.
+iheworld134 True by far they were the best couple because it's the way he is around her since he was in love with her since they were kids but unfortunately because they were following the comics they forced the relationship between clark and lois which I still hate.
I was 15 when I saw this. I remember being so happy and laughing loud with joy and annoying my whole family LOL. Good times. Lana (Kristin Kreuk) is so damn beautiful. Her eyes are so mesmerizing. I get lost in them. Even when she gets teary eyed she makes me (a grown man) wanna cry.
This is my all-time favorite Clark and Lana scene. "I'm With You" by Avril Lavigne playing in the background, the atmosphere, the way she grabs for his hand... it's just pure magic. I can literally feel the love between these two.
This scene is special, one of my favorite Clana scene ever! The way she opened up to him, the way he listened to her, the way they looked at each other felt like they were staring at each other souls and them holding hands 😍 everything was beautiful! Their chemistry was magical
I remember this as my first "genuinely" freaking out over a Clana scene ever. I couldn't control my 14-year-old self. And I will never forget that moment.
tonsoffun I laugh because you reminded me of how I felt at that time too. I remember I couldn’t focus on my homework at all after that episode aired. It was an exciting time for Clana fans
@@feli402lmaoo same I was so excited when' I saw this scene for the first time as a kid. Such a beautiful and timeless Clana scene. If you love Smallville check out Tom Welling and Michael Rosenbaum's Smallville rewatch podcast "TalkVille"
You can see that the chemistry between Clark and Lana is completely different from that between Clark and Lois. Erica Durance is a good actress, and she's believed. But Clark simply looks at Lana quite differently, this connection between them is hard to describe - sometimes reminds me of Alexander Dumas: "Then, collecting all her strength, she took the head of the young man between her hands, looked at him for an instant as if her whole soul passed into that look, and with a sobbing cry pressed her lips to his." By the way, the very last scene with Clark and Lana (season 8) is actually reminiscent of D' Artagnan and Constance (the monastery scene).
Throughoutvall of Lana and Clark's dramatic moments, throughout all the hurtful, meanand even heartbreaking things they said to each other. And even throughout Lana's numerous other relationships, even with someone as bad as Lex. Clark never Truly stopped loving Lana and caring for her. That shows the incredible strength of his bond with her. One of great friendship, faith and True love.Truly a beautiful thing.😀🙏🙏🙏🙏
I was in 6th grade when I saw this on TV. I remember how amazed I was by this scene, and it still amazes me to this day. I cannot believe that I got to grow up witnessing this level of storytelling, editing, and creativity. I was one lucky kid.
smallville always had the best songs at the right time, clark had all the ladies after him, and i was a lot of pissed off to go through this roller coaster with clana for about 6/7 maybe 8 season just for them to make them jump off the bridge with that kryptonite absorption. Basically saying if it wasnt for that they would be together and louis would be out.
Anyone know what the beginning piano music is? It's very beautiful, and perfect for the scene! #Clana #Smallville #ClarkKent #LanaLang #KristinKreuk #Superman #manofsteel #comics #marvel #dccomics
You know, I still have that crazy thought at the moment when Lana turns away from Clark and says, "This might sound silly, but I have that fear that... that one day you'll finally get a good look at me..." And then she turns to face Clark... her face changes... *And it's MARTIAN MANHUNTER* !!!
I have come to the belief that Lana always had a dark side and this is her first time accepting it. Of course after Lex she grew a little darker. Clark was her light and always came to him when she went to far.
Man, she was always crying. I liked Clark & Lana for like the first 2 seasons. After that it became unbearable. I love how playful he became when he was with Lois (both when they were friends and later when they were a couple). He smiled a whole lot more.
Lana had legit reasons to cry : the clone of her dead childhood friend just tried to kill her, her parents dead, her biological father abandoned her, meteor freaks try to kill her every other weeks she had EVERY reasons to cry, she was only a teen and her life was already filled with trauma.
if you hate Lana why were you here rewatching her scene. Like 😭 Also seem like your hate for that character made you lose common sense cause Clark literally asked Lana what's going on and she answered his question. And ain't nothing wrong with opening up to a close friend about how you feel...
