Hello Oscar your vedios are very educational on adu. I live in LA Puent and am going to start my adu build in 2021 I have a one car garage and I want to add to the garage a one ded room, can that be done for 60-80k?
@@albillosconst27 Thank you for responding, 108k is out of my budget 80k is my goal budget I know its too early for a Consultation but when that day comes is 80k a good budget to just convert the garage and say make the garage a bit bigger?
