Besides practicing weightlifting by carefully adding more weight over time. What is the training regime in preparation before and during it all? Surely, running isn't one of them if you want to keep your knees, I suspect diet isn't too necessary since you need all the carbs you can get almost. Am I wrong, and what else is there?
