Class 08 decoder tune 

Following the last video where I demonstrated the results of converting an old Poole made class 08 shunter to DCC, a few people suggested I needed to tune the decoder by changing a few CV setting, to remove the high frequency whine, and to give slightly smoother slow speed running. So after an hour or so of programming and testing this is the final result.
As mentioned in the video, this is an old 3 pole open frame motor, but it performs every bit as good as a new multi-pole can motor fitted to todays locos.
