Classic Arcade Playthrough: BATTLETOADS (1994) 

I don't think I ever played the arcade version of battletoads , but I wish I had it looks amazing.

I’m glad you got the chance to play this game. It is my favorite beat ‘em up game of all time. I was introduced to Battletoads with this game way back in the mid 2010s when I saw an arcade cabinet at a rollerskating rink in Swanton Ohio. Sadly the place has since been closed and I will never get a chance to play the game on an arcade cabinet again. However, I often play this game with an online emulator and it’s still just as fun. Everything about this game is so awesome. I love the fighting, graphics and especially the music composed by the legendary David Wise. My favorite boss in the game is Karnath, the giant snake seen in level two.

I miss cartooney graphics on video games, so fun, colorful and childlike.

Perhaps the real Battletoads are the friends we made along the way. :D
