A beaming Sunday in March 2024 saw a great turnout at the Combermere Cars & Coffee breakfast car meet, including many classic British cars from 1913 to the modern day.
We dashed over to this classic car meet favourite in the Renault 4CV and Mazda MX5 Mk1, where after an eager wait we were greeted by an array of classic cars, sports cars, supercars and everything inbetween, with some of my personal favourite attendees being a Triumph TR250, a pair of vintage Sunbeams, two TVR T350Ts and the legendary 600BHP Ford Mustang fastback - with much more descending upon the Old Piggery Cafe at Combermere, Cheshire.
Expect a full walkaround of the many goings-on at this wonderful breakfast car meet, and later a look at some of the classic cars out & about as they leave this 2024 Cheshire car meet.

Hello Harley. What a wonderful car display, with the Sunbeams. Beautiful shapes as you said. They would have a history too. A car built in 1974 is classed as vintage today. That makes me feel rather old now, because i remember the 1970s. I like viewing your videos for the reason that some cars will trigger a memory for me. For instance my brother had a friend who owned a 1976 Triumph Stag back in the day. Very nice motorcar. You are presenting your channel very well. You looked very smart in your nice coat too.

Great turnout to this event - a real highlight was the attendance of the Sunbeams. When you started filming the cars leaving, the road was still quite wet and I noticed a couple of drivers seemed to be struggling to control their cars (including the VTech Mini). Be careful where you stand lol. Great video.

Watched yours first this morning Harley and yes another great video with a good commentary. There is not one TVR there I wouldn't take home, I think they are all fabulous machines. I think that is a Chamois with Sunbeam mud flaps on I am sure the Sunbeam Stiletto was a coupe version. I will take the Jag Series 3 home also I love the rear light arrangement and design. That VTech Mini looks a lively little beastie. If I am correct in just over 1 year from now you will be driving yourself to these shows.

You can tell if it's a Westfield 7 or something else by the fact Westys have fluted bodywork down each side and the spare wheel section is slightly set into the rear panel , due to the litigation case back in the 1980's between Caterham and Westfield, which makes a Westfield rather easy to spot.

I'd take home any of the dark blue TR3A, the brown Dolly Sprint and the Mustang; the latter if only to hear that V8. What a joy it would be to have a ride, or better a drive, in that car. Excellent video Harley, but take care standing on the verge of that busy road.

The little Ford pickup was called a courier in the States. Datsuns, Toyota, and courier and Mazda, and the Chevy luv were called "mini trucks". The courier also had a Mazda stable mate with a rotary engine. That one was amazing fun!

Brilliant video again Harley. That was a great meet with a good select of cars. I am with you on the Mustang, I would absolutely love one of those, what a car. The MOT history on UDV186H says it is a Sunbeam, other websites are a bit inconclusive. However, for export markets, Singers were often badged as Sunbeams so there is a chance it is an export model Sunbeam Chamois. That would tie in with the MOT history having a first registration date of 10th January 2013. That’s the detective work over. I am sure Bagel munching sounds are authorised, after all, you need to eat! 😁

Thanks Harley. Nice selection of great motors, but this is, maybe the first time I really noticed the aural delight. Perhaps because of using headphones, but some sweet sweet sounds there. That last pair, Mercury and Mustang were sweet music. Perhaps they were a bit too socially aware, (like ght throttle) but for an old fart like me, sweet dreams. Looking forward to your next meet, thanks champ.
