Isn't Mary the loveliest lady? I could watch her cook all day long and of course who wouldn't eat anything she placed in front of us😊. I definitely would!! She seems to be the kind of instructor if you made a mistake in her kitchen, she'd probably laugh it off and tell you that nobody's perfect and try again. Very forgiving. I do however wishI found her much earlier. I saw her on a British Cook off on PBS. Today I watch everything I can find here on RU-vid even if its a rerun.
I just discovered Mary’s brilliance today. She has so many tips I haven’t heard from other chefs, like mixing wine into flour. Not to mention how funny and witty she is!
I loved watching every minute of this video! And the portion of the show where the cindered charcoal wood from the fire being added to the sauce simply blew me away! There's truly a 1st time for everything!
she sounds like a very interesting person, soothing voice and she loooooooves whats she does with a bit of naughtyness in her eyes, an accessible Lady :) And the fooooood!! I know its a show, but she seems very authentic, and she teaches so well! Thank you!
This is one of my favourite Mary Berry shows. I love the interaction between Niklas and Mary and the recipes they cook. Great show, I never get sick of looking at it. Would love to try those recipes myself.
absolutely loved this episode! i wish i could have tasted all the dishes, ESPECIALLY the meatballs and that intriguing sauce he made! I adore her and his laugh is so genuine! i really hope she has him as a guest again!

In search of replicating my Scottish mother-in-law's rice pudding. Mary, this was just what I needed - then I started to binge your episodes. You are such a darling and I can't wait to watch more! Much love from across the pond!
I love Mrs. Berry, she is a treasure. An absolute treasure. I was married to a gravy man myself for 30 years, i miss him. Bless you Mary Berry. Boy, she sure flirted with the hot swede. Lol
I only watched it for the Swede. Mrs. Berry is such a terrible person. It's not only for the way she handled Baked Alaska-gate and later kept justifying it. She's also positively haggish whenever she acts as a judge on any contest.
I just checked and was surprised to learn that Mary Berry was appointed Commander of the British Empire (CBE) in 2012 and Dame Commander of the British Empire (DBE) in 2020. (I have long thought she deserved such honors, but only now did the research to learn of this.) You never hear anyone refer to her as Dame Mary Berry, but she is entitled to be addressed as such.
Several years ago, but fewer than 20, I had Crab Benedict, made with Dungeness crab, at Patty's Egg Nest in Seattle. It was divine. It was a special, for Mother's day, I think, and I've never seen it since, there, or anywhere. But I dream of it. I might attempt it myself now.
I absolutely adore you Mary berry you are a delightful wonderful cook and so down to earth too truly refreshing I love watching you and learning from you thank you for your patience and instruction greetings from Canada
As usual expert well honed techniques, layers of flavour with Mary’s wonderful stories and tips. The perfect dinner for a bunch of rowdy loggers in the North of Canada here.
Cody Murphy in my experience is always better than store bought, since this is rarely done with butter but rather with margarine or other vegetable oils. If you don't want to do the classic feuilletage, You can make a rough puff pastry in 20 minutes iwth just flour cold chunks of butter in equal quantities, a bit of cold water and a pinch of salt, and fold The resulting rough dough in he usual way. He rising is very good still and the taste of good fresh butter has no comparison with the industrial one.
Awh Mary berry you made my day I love love love eggs Benedict’s and enjoy eating all different types of eggs Benedict and your way of making the hollandaise sauce Is a perfectly easy method way and easy... I love your videos since the early 1970’s your an amazing 👩🍳 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼💕💕❤️
I'm stunt and amazed with you!!!! Never seen you before. You're great. Do you have DVD'S of your cooking? A cooking book? How to get them? Beautiful indeed 😁👏♥️
I do love watching this great lady cook! I've learned a great deal from her. Just once though, I would like to have her tell the camera: "now look at this - not at all the way I wanted it".
Eggs Benedict is an American breakfast or brunch dish that consists of two halves of an English muffin topped with a poached egg, bacon or ham, and hollandaise sauce. The dish was first popularized in New York City.
