Good evening, Debbie.. I love green banana porridge... When using flax seed please grind it first ,so the body will absorb the nutrients easier... When the seed is left whole it pass through the body with no effect.
One of my favorites. Miss Debs u need to get a grinder to grind out the flax seed. If not you are going to pass out all them seeds. A little coffee grinder will do the job. 💕💕👍👍

Porridge look good never had it was just showing hubby I will be making it for him and will try but keep them coming was watching the plantain porridge video last night bless up debs
I normally don’t use any binder in my plantain porridge and it gets thick without it sometimes however I add seasoned oatmeal I either used hot water to soften or I grind to give it flavour and thicken if it gets too loose or just to add nutrition
Love both banana and plantain Porridge I always had some flour to both only I use more in the banana less in the plantain always comes out very good I am a porridge person any kind Oatmeal ,Rice , cornmeal banana plantain Always nice with condensed milk 👍
