SOMEONE ELSE FINALLY NOTICED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But seriously, that movie is where I first heard that song. I love that series so much; sadly, we'll never get a 3rd season (Yuki-chan doesn't count).
Hell ya man! when i played it i was just sitting there replaying the beginning like....WTF did i here this i know it was an anime! so i listened to Durarara ost then Haruhis! when i found it i jumped with joy!
I don't know why he didn't go to Ohio State? He hurt his knee in his first NFL GAME. Too bad because the Bengals needed him. I believe that it changed his personality because I used to see him and he didn't seem like a friendly person figured that it was because of what he went through to get back into shape. There's some good running backs that made comebacks but they didn't have the same form.
I do beleive that if it wasnt for the injury in the preseason of his rookie year we could very well be talking about KJ as one of the all timers. Ron Wolf is considered one of the best talent evaluating GMs in football said he had combarable physical gifts to Bo jackson. before you scoff Ron Wolf wasnt one for hype. and KJ was 220 pounds but looked like a 190 pound back because of his agility and speed. . We all wacthed his speed but he had SO much power. He was not in an option or spread offense but he averaged 7.8 yards a carry as a senior !! Was SO MUCH FUN watching him play !!!!!!!! Thank you for this one !!!!!
Oh yeah, he looked like a superstar in the makings. However, he was surrounded by an all-star team in college, so there's that part that has to be considered too.
@@PockyCandy Yeah, but the year before that, they struggled for most of the season and he had over 1,100 yards, missing 4 games and Kerry Collins(#12) didn't establish himself as the QB. Kerry was the big question mark then because of that coming into the season. When KC took over the team, they went to the next level offensively. But Ki Jana had the skill set to succeed at the NFL level. Getting a ACL injury in the 90s was career threatening especially for an RB. He was a speed/power guy. He was 225 lbs running a 4.3 in the 40. That's unique especially in the 90s. Once he lost his speed, he was done. It's a shame. I'll admit as a PSU fan, Saquan Barkley is the best PSU running back in my lifetime as a fan(been a fan since 1985) but #32 is #2 and PSU has had many good/great college RBs in their history.
Both me and my Dad are Bengals Fans. We were upset when he got hurt in Preseason. He didn't do what he was projected to do in the NFL. Check out NFL Films about Greg Cook Quarterback who could have been the Greatest ever. I thought KJC was the answer at Running Back finally. Sometimes a Friek injury can change History.
Boise State and Penn State fan here Ashton Jeanty reminds me a bit of Ki-Jana Carter. The talent both schools have had at Running back over the years is outstanding.
You just made my day once again. You always do it every few weeks. Again thank you for the 50 something time! ;-) And for the real Heisman Trophy winner that never actually won the award, thank you for an incredible season.
@@PockyCandy Hey Pocky I'm sorry I'm 3 year's late on answering this question. I use to be a fan back in the 80s & 90s. What's up brother? Why do you ask? And please don't take 3 years to respond back to me. Hahaha
@@PockyCandy Hahaha Yeah, I don't watch basketball much anymore. I'm tired of people calling LeBron James the goat. He is amazing but when you call him the goat, then I can't watch basketball. Durant is amazing. I'll definitely support those type of video's. I think you have more of a football fan base & it seems Running Back fanatics. I was a RB myself in pop warner, HS & played 1 year in JUCO but my daughter was born my sophomore year & that shifted my whole paradigm. Papi had to go out & work. Hahaha. Anyway, keep up the beautiful video's, you are so appreciated.
It looked so smooth and effortless!!! Vision, speed, power patience!!!! I really wish he would not have blown his knee out in the NFL, right away!!! He would have been a LJ type of beast!!!! WE ARE
This really more like a Kyle Brady, Jeff Hartings, Bucky Greeley, Chris Conlin, Marco Rivera, and Andre Johnson highlight because Penn State had the best blockers ever
Carter was my first college football fav player reason I was a penn state fan. Until Salem, Woodson, then the hurricanes #theU!!! Been a hurricane er since…..
@PockyCandy Can You Do Larry Johnson Penn State he was a beast while he was there Power N Speed And Can you donDeangelo Williams from his Memphis days I think he broke Ricky Williams NCAA rushing record if I’m not mistaken
Been watching Penn State football since 1986 and Carter is ther best RB ive ever seen suit up for PSU. Better than Blair Thomas, Leroy Thompson, Richie Anderson, Mike Archie, Stephen Pitts, Curtis Enis, Aaron Harris, Eric McCoo, Larry Johnson, Tony Hunt, Austin Scott, Evan Royster, Silas Redd, Zach Zwinak, Saquan Barkley and Miles Sanders. Of the guys I saw run, id rank them, 1. KiJana Carter 2. Saquan Barkley 3. Curtis Enis 4. Blair Thomas 5. Larry Johnson Ive never, ever seen a RB gain yardage faster than KiJana Carter did, it was unreal.
Hey PK since you were asking about b ball fans, would you ever do college b ball players Rex Chapman, Larry Johnson, Kenny Anderson. Cannot say enough the video on your channel are awesome
I'm not much of a college fan, but I may think about doing those. If I were to do a college basketball players, I'd probably start with legendary pros like Magic Johnson at Michigan State or Vince Carter at UNC. I'm probably going to shift the channel's focus from football to basketball in the future, at least until football season starts again.
He loves the intricate details of being a rb!! It’s not all about 60 yard scampers! Sometimes a 4 yard run shows more skill than a simple jaunt up the sideline!! I love PC because he will give u all the carries from one game so u can see how he really played. I hate the ultimate highlight tapes as they only give u someone’s best plays. U can’t get a feel for how dangerous they really were! With PC I can here the announcers excitement build throughout the game and all!! He’s the best when it comes to videos!! And he’s got a eye for talent
@@theresamounts8837 I Agree. A 4 or 5 yard Run in the Midst of a Hotly Contested Game can be Pivotal and in that Sense Exciting. But a Highlight Reel of Short Gains after a while, Not Knowing the Context of the Game Situation, after awhile is like BLAH. It's a SNOOZE Fest.
I love the videos. In the future can you make a video of a running back that broke lots of tackles so i can send it to a youtuber that reacts to sports videos. he gos crazy when a running back brakes lots of tackles. it would the world if u could
He was a glider who made it look effortless. The key with him was his 75%-80% "gliding speed" was just faster than everyone else's, and he could make these quick 30 deg - 45 deg changes of direction effortlessly and just "slalom" past people. He had legit 4.3 speed running straight ahead, for the rare instance when that sort of thing actually comes into play on the football field. He was 1st Team All-American and the 1st overall pick in the nfl draft, FWIW.
It’s literally only footage from 5 games if you actually paid attention. There’s reason he was the only running back other than Bo Jackson taken first overall in the last 40 years.
he was never impressive, he was a bust because he was never on the level ppl THOUGHT in the 1st place... he has no moves, the first guy almost always gets hands on him.. in the NFL we against superior athletes that's all.. He wasn't really that strong or fast or had great vision really.. this is just a product of college football playing against students.. against pro's u get EXPOSED
Injury ruined him before he could get started. His balance and speed is insane here. Your probably too young to have ever seen him play or just don’t know football, or both.
