Some classic TV commercials from the early eighties. I was filled with nostalgia editing this! Here are the timings:
00:07 - L'Aimant perfume

02:43 - Coca Cola (Christmas advert - I'd Like to teach the world to sing in perfect harmony)

03:34 - Cadburys Bournville Selection (Narrated by Robert Powell)
04:12 - Kenco traditional ground coffee
04:26 - Christmas ITV program schedule (ends with ATV presenter who I think is a very young Dale Winton!)
06:10 - Hemeling Lager (Narrated by Robert Powell)
06:43 - Cadburys Roses (Thank you very much)
07:04 - Polaroid Cameras (Muppets version)
07:34 - Braun hair styling Products ((Narrated by Robert Powell)
07:55 - Lloyds Bank
08:26 - Papermate Replay 2000 eraseable pen
08:58 - Harveys Bristol Creme
09:18 - Chanel for gentlemen

Most of those advert were popular too on RTE advert breaks in Ireland in the 1980's.

6:47: look closely at the Cadbury's Roses advert and you'd see a future Arthur Fowler aka actor Bill Treacher. This collection must be from Christmas 1984.

10 or 11, your good to go, because these were the days when Mothers brought the kids up, rather than drag them up. We had coppers on the streets and we respected our teachers, all parks and churches were open, before Councils became greedy bastards and sold land and churches, so over come with Greed. We had insects everywhere, now most are dead due to our chemicals. The back garden was full of insects to study on hot school summer holidays, sticky fingers holding a giant ice pole or that big chunck of ice that came in a really tough cardboard type carton, or shoving space dust that crackled and popped down in your mouth, these were great days to be a kid, able to ride your bike from 10 till 10 or 8 depending how strict Mum or Dad was

Really ? Why do you get so upset by seeing people who don't look just like you on the telly ? Black and Brown people have been living here for generations and are British too. The disabled can be British too. LGBTQ are British too. Why shouldn't they see people like themselves on screen too ?
