Join me for 60 Minutes of Classical Hatha Yoga. Starting with a Warm up, Sun Salutations, Standing Asanas (Yoga Poses) and then moving down to the mat. In Hatha Yoga we move from one Asana to the next without any moving flows and it is therefore suitable for all levels from Beginner to Advanced. If you are Advanced, really focus on the correct alignment as there is always something to new to learn and improve on.
