After 8 years, I decided to try yoga again to see if it would help alleviate all this neck, back, and shoulder pain. This hatha-style yoga video session with longer-held poses helps me work through the pain and loosen up my joints. The 45-minute duration is just right with the long shavasana at the end. I will need to check out your channel and your other videos.

It's hard to find complete Yoga classes on you tube with chanting and full Shavasana. Thank you so much for keeping the practice in its original intention and thanks for the beautiful practice itself.
I’ve been doing this class for a few years now - only just noticed the looping audio in the final relaxation! I’ll never not hear it now. Great class that I always come back to

This is the most amazing flow I have done with another teacher. I especially loved the yoga nidra-esque singing in the end for relaxation. True example of an activated Vishuddha chakra in Daniel Rama. Om Namah Shivaya 🙏
In warrior, the knee is a little too forward. My intention for saying this is because i felt it was repeated for both sides, producing the non level arms. Thank you for taking the time to make this, and the effort to learn a way to describe, in a easy to understand way. Namaste 🙏🏻
