My name is Josh. Subtitles:16 languages. So great to see Dimash back on the Singer stage and this time as a returning pro! He owned this performance and made it so unique. His tone was full and vibrant. The runs were amazing and I love the interesting instruments he added in. Phenomenal performance! I can't wait to continue my Dimash journey. Thank you for watching my reactions.

Dimash is the best singer in the WORLD and there are no doubts about that, his voice is a prodigy of nature and a genetic marvel since his parents are two glories of singing from Kazakhstan since he was 5 years old, he sings publicly and has more than twenty years of lyrical training and graduated from the university of music, he is a singer, composer, arranger and multi instrumentalist, he plays more than nine musical instruments and sings in more than nine languages, he is also a great performer and a great artist who lives and feels music He is not an imitator of voices , Dimash has his own style and is one of the forerunners of the "Popera" he also has a very pleasant, Humble and simple personality, easy access, which makes it very easy to follow, he always travels with His family and friends is a very educated person and an example to follow, he has become known for his musical talent not for getting into trouble or scandals, he is a singer with a wide vocal range very versatile is Baritone, Tenor, Sopra no, against Tenor, mezasoprano, everything at the same time is how to have 5 singers in one, it has a male and female voice, also many resources such as vibrato, "melismas", falsetto, whistle tone, reaching a D8 live at the concert of Gakku in an unforgettable day, at his young age he continues to improve and grow musically to perfection, he has a good physical presence he measures 191 cm or 6 "3", he is very famous and recognized in Asia and now he is becoming known In Europe and America, ALL their songs are spectacular, it always goes from low to high, soft to spectacular at the end, in my almost half a century of life I never heard so much quality and it is the hope of continuity of the classical genre because all the old tenors have already Almost all of them died and Dimash can sing like them but none of them can sing like Dimash, being a Man he sings better than any Tenor and his female voice is superior to that of any average Soprano, greetings and a hug from Venezuela, "Dears" Forever ❤️👍🏻

One of my favorite cover versions of Dimash. He sings the way he imagined it, but then he introduced melisms into the song, and the song sounded softer. You know, this song already belongs to him. His voice was so soft and it flowed, and then he brings a twist to make the song even more tender. And these notes are Eastern style vocalizations and sound an old flute. This is amazing! It should be noted, and you will hear it again and again, that his vocalizations are always very delicately inserted into the main theme of any cover version. Thank you very much for your analysis, and we are moving on. We look forward to seeing you again. All the best and have a nice day!💕🎶🇷🇺

Would you agree with me that there is nothing smoother, softyer, honyer, creamyer, silkyer, sleekyer, satinyer, velvetyer, shinyer, suaveyer, charmyer than a feminine voice? That does not mean at all that the emitter must be a woman. Thanks to his constant training, which started at a very young age, and to his anatomical gift, Dimash can use eight voice types: a bass, baritone, tenor, countertenor at its upper register, to sing with a mal tone, as with his strong operatic voice in Olimpico (Ogni Pietra), and a countertenor, contralto, alto, mezzo soprano and soprano in his high singing voice, to sing with a feminine tone, like he does, for instance and amongst others, in Sinful Passion and in Love Is Like A Dream. Being able to reach perfection in both of these different vocal categories and to be at the same time a true singer-performer makes him to be, in my opinion, the best male vocal artist performer in the world.

Dimash gave this fantastic performance at "The Singer" the year after he participated in the contest, to thank the Chinese public for their support and love (hence the "I Love You" in Mandarin, 13:34, 17:37). Thank you for your kind reaction.🌺 Mr. Kudaibergen use his own "Turkic Melismatic vocals." "The runs" cames from old Turkic tribes and Seljuks, Ottomans... This technique named "makam" or "mugam" and its so hard. Sufi music a small part of makams. (Also Tuvan throat singing "khoomei" is different Turkic style. Dimash used "khoomei" singing technique in "Sinfull passion". You can hear it from the all Turan group. Tuvan throat singing - Khoomei,xöömei in Tuvan - is one particular variant of overtone singing practiced by people in Turkic Tribes (one of them Tuva), Mongolia, Inner Mongolia and Siberia. Dimash's father explaned it.) This is not middle-eastern style. Why he will imitate the imitators? Also, wise Turkic women and men has used to play kobyz the first violin on the world (since BC. 3000+). İndia countries were under the dominition of Turkic Babur Empire more than 300 years. Mid-eastern countries were under the dominition of Ottoman Empire more than 400 years. They were learned -little bit- these kind of styles from Turks. We have not got blood relation with mid-east. As Turkic tribes heading westward from the 9th century A.D. on, starting with the Karahanlis, began accepting Islam, changes began to appear in their lifestyle and culture. (Early tribes was accepted Christianity.) Though the music continued in the Asian style, the influence of religion on the few words continues to this day. However, the words reflect tolerance and the love of God rather than a hard, strict religious view.Over four hundred makams exist in Turkish music; however the vast majority of these are no longer in use today. Which countries have "over four hundred" makams in their historical music culture? Which countries have 500 years old "music cure centers?" Because, Makams resonances are always 432 Hz. "Healer frequency." For example, for happiness and against fever: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-cSUfb5vU1h0.html Against of confused thoughts and hypertension: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-RbZe-AGeRic.html Even there are makams for horoscopes in Turkic music. For example, Dimash's sign is gemini: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-1gVZ32jLgMY.html Virgo: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Hl52baYUCaM.html All of the mid- east countries and nations some people said, have all of these? Makam: A musical braid in Turkish Music in which a variety of sounds come together and complete. Makam is the most important concept in Ottoman-Turkish music as in all modal musical traditions; in other words, the usul, rhythm is of secondary importance since a melody can fulfil the requirements of a makam without being subject to restrictions of rhythm. As a matter of fact, musical forms or performance with no fixed rhythm constitute a significant aspect Turkish music. Though its roots are in Central Asia, a unique and advanced level of makam music is apparent in Turkic music, which spread throughout the Mediterranean basin. It is used in singing, healing the illness and praying. For example : Azan (the Muslim call to ritual prayer, typically made by a muezzin from the minaret of a mosque) is recited with "15 different makams" just in Turkic countries. Arab "azan" recited with "Hicaz" and "Rast" makams. As far as I know, Dimash has studied "makams" with his vocal teacher Marat Aitimov for years. Makams are one of them the Dimash's secret weapons. Examples for makams: An epitome: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-U_nyZKTaE1A.html ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-r9No8kVSXqQ.html ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-STFC415WPfQ.html References: (not wikipedia) *Signell, L. Just an FYI (as I'm watching the video); you may already know this, but the man joking with Dimash at the beginning of the video about them not having to argue anymore is Tengri (also called Tengger) from Inner Mongolia. He competed on The Singer in 2018, and I would love to see you react to his famous song "Heaven," (with the English subtitles); he has Mongolian throat singers start the performance with him, and his singing ability is very unique. Later, at a gala given in China, he and Dimash did a duet called "Swan Goose," in which Dimash sings in Kazakh, Tengri sings in Mongolian, and they end the song singing together in Mandarin. The musicians playing with them are FANTASTIC, and I never wanted it to end.

@@ildanoch Me too. I love Hua and his version, but Tengri is sooo unique--I've never seen anyone with that style of singing. Plus, I read a bit up on his history, and his reluctance to ever perform it after his young daughter died. Even watching the other contestants--who know all that and grew up hearing the song (including Hua Chenyu) and seeing their reactions to him singing it--was very powerful for me.

Thank you for your reaction! I'm so excited that you've seen another scene I've been to! I was there for the rehearsal of the song and the live broadcast. I got a good seat. Row 4, Number 25. This is a very middle one. It's facing Dimash. The stage for singers on Hunan TV is actually very small. They made the stage into a circle for the theater effect. The acoustics and lighting are the best. First, the second row may be obscured by the camera. Further back it feels further away. In fact, it is the psychology of fans. We all want to be closest to our idols. I will never sit in such a perfect position in my life. His rehearsals and live singing are not the same, he sings as he pleases. The state of his singing is adjusted with his own state, every time is wonderful, can not be copied! From that I knew he couldn't miss rehearsals! Thank you for your reaction. I followed your explanation back to that exciting and shocking scene! I got a lot of knowledge. I hope we can meet on site in the future. (✪▽✪)

Dear Josh! You are one of the few bloggers who treats the work of singers respectfully. I really like it. /////// This performance of Dimas is not at all like the original. A special part of this version of the song were 4 vocales. In these vocals Dimash each time sings in a new way only the word "Hello". One viewer compared the performance to the singing of muezzins from the minaret of mosques when they call worshippers to prayer. These melismaes are really characteristic of oriental singing. The fourth vocalization at 14:41 lasted 16 seconds in one breath. Note that at 5:20 p.m. there was the last vocalization. Any other singer after the end of such a tense vocalsis, requiring great skill, breathing and effort, at least, should breathe hard, can, blush. In general, we would see that it is not easy to sing like this. And Dimash finished the vocals and with a perfectly calm face at 17:27 got down on his knees and sang in a gentle voice in Chinese "I love you". It seems that he does not need any special effort to sing very high notes, and that he always has enough breath, even with a reserve. Josh, you've surprised me with the fact that you're fluent in Chinese. Thanks for the reaction.

One time is always not enough, although each Dimash's song is love at the first listen. But it's necessary to listen to it again and again... It's amazing - to connect the west with the east like that! When the English "hello" sounds like a call from a minaret - it's almost a revolution in a single vocal piece! Elegant, beautiful and, unexpectedly, such a harmonious move. And the magic flute ... In the final of the song "Mен сені сүйемін" (men seni süyemin) - i love you in Kazakh. How does he do that? Somewhere the stars alinged in a right way, so that this boy came into this world, grew up and made us happy. It's just that he is music.

You might have noticed that Dimash slowed the tempo down from the original and this rendition sounds more like a ballad than the original. I grew up listening to Lionel Richie, so it took me a long time to accept this version of Hello. Of course since this Dimash performance I have viewed this performance hundreds of times.

thank thank you!!! i love seeing all the good stuff before and after. Having worked hard and having wanted to be a singer, my birth mother was a singer and the adoption agency said she wanted me to know that she was in the original broadway cast recording of Flower Drum Song....and would like someone to give me that recording - a voice teacher did :); I wanted to be a singer before I knew I was adopted or anything about my birth mom's life as a broadway singer. Anyway, I didn't make it as a singer. And I so I love seeing the normal moments and the behind the scenes filmed moments of people who do get to live their dream so I can live vicariously thru them :) I LOVE SEEING HIM IN THAT MOMENT JUST BEFORE HE STEPS OUT ON STAGE...TAKING HIS APPLAUSE AND STEPPING TO THE MIC.....THANKS FOR REPLAYING THAT MIDDLE EASTERN PART! I remember the very first song he sang on _Singer,_ he always thanked the maestro, and by extension, the musicians. _Singer_ has a world-class orchestra. I don’t think people comment about that, since the focus is always on the soloist. But that orchestra gives everything, in every performance, to make the support the soloist and make them sound the best that they can. I think _Singer_ needs praise for its cinematography and stagecraft, too. Infinitely superior in taste and skill to that _World’s Best_ show.

It’d be great if you could react to Tengri, the gentleman we first see in the video, he was a contestant that year and his performance of Heaven, his own song, is just out of this world, brought me to tears. Dear Josh, it´s funny that you just already sang the lyrics :) I think Dimash gives this song a deeper meaning. He sang it so heartfelt. In this version, he doubts about his love will be replied. Although the lyrics are the same, he gives you that kind of feeling. So it`s a totally different song now. The melismas in between gives me the feeling of praying and lamenting in the way of his cultural background. It also changes the character of the song. I love it.

Hi, Josh, thank you for your reaction. I know you want to go chronologically, and I noticed you missed his duet with a Kazakh opera singer Zarina where they performed “Question of honor”. It was during the Singer in 2017, when he flew home to Kazakhstan during the competition for a couple days just for this performance. It’s worth reacting. I wonder if you want to do reactions for his pre-Singer performances, at least his most famous ones.

.Hey, you! 'hunter' ... laughs ... in an interview when asked how far his voice went, Dimash replied: I don't know either !!. i'm just a singer. At twelve, he announced that he wanted to be a worthy and useful man to his country and wanted to see his people wise and happy. Her father says that before singing any song he listens to it several times until his soul approves. For it is she who manifests herself through him. I find all of this very fascinating because it is what we feel when Dimash kidnaps us with his look, his voice, his hands, his heart tells us: come here I am! welcome me i'm here for you, be happy !. Regarding this song Hello, I saw a metal reactor say that he hated that song but after listening to it with Dimash he started to love it. Your voice instructor is a Mongolian, this explains this different style of vibrato. Dimash is like that; everything he says, sings is harmonious, balanced with the strings of the universe. I have a lot to say about him, but my time is short, let's keep it in mind drops ... lol gratitude, now "self-hunter"

If you like Dimash, you consider him to be the best and you want to support him in the "Billboard Music Awards 2020", you can do it on this page: www.billboard.com/articles/columns/pop/9434787/2020-bbmas-performers-poll3 Dimash, as expected, as it is not a product to sell, it does not appear on the list, but you can vote for it by checking the "Other" option at the end of the list, writing its name: "Dimash Kuidaibergen". It's a shame that Dimash is not on the list, but we can show you that quality is not incompatible with popularity among people who seek excellence. If you consider that it is the best, vote for it and send this message to whoever you think shares your opinion.
