Okay good, because I used to hate Takeo back in the day and for awhile here I thought maybe I just grew to love his satire instead of be annoyed by him all those years ago haha, and in classified I think he’s hilarious Glad it’s not just me
His quotes in WaW are the absolute best because he says all these cool phrases in Japanese and these awesome witty one liners like “You may have lived a futile life, but are most entertaining death!”. However in Bo1 they flanderized him to oblivion, changing him from being a solemn yet strong warrior to an inept bumbling idiot who can only say “honor” about 50% of the time. His quotes got a bit better in Shang and Moon, but I feel like in Bo4 they wanted to bring back the style of Dialogue of Bo1 without making him repetitive and weak minded like before. I think they succeeded, but honestly I prefer the style of dialogue seen in WaW because it reminded me more of Primis Takeo, which is the superior Takeo to me.
