Slick Slicers :- Check out the "deejo" knives at WarriorsandWonders (BladesCanada). These knives are great as pocket steak knives or picnic knives, but to expect anything above light duty would be a mistake.

Very much the same as the "deejo" knife, also of France, though I believe the "deejo" is available in more varied styles. Super lightweight (not a survival or bushcraft knife), but well suited for food prep or a gentleman's pocket steak knife.
