So disappointing these three black professionals have allowed themselves to deteriorate and devolve into this BS. This was a really good show and their ego, stupidity and pettiness has gotten in the way.

I genuinely don't understand how Armon would think the show wouldn't get canceled because he essentially intimated that the work environment was hostile because of Al having a "special relationship with management". That would make management believe a lawsuit is coming. But I understand that a hostile work environment is the WORST, and it makes many people lose it. In this moment I don't believe Claudia put him up to it, and I really hope she didn't.

How could Al be professional if he was trying to tank the show. Armon is a straight from the hip type person. If you are deceptive he is going to call it out. I don't believe Claudia is totally the blame rather Al as well. If the show has run its course so be it. Claudia has a way of bouncing back. Armon has been an influencer/youtuber for a while now and will find other opportunities. Al will manage as always. This experience has given clarity and definition to the character of everyone involved. In a perfect world the situation should've been handled privately but sometimes it festers due to unprofessional HR practices that choose to ignore/instigate the problem even further.

The team TEAGIF hasn't been a family in good standards in some time.i saw the ROAST and although inappropriate I understand why Armon did it.i love Al but he's a messy Queen behind the scenes and very sensitive when it comes to his public persona. Al and Funky are friends but Al is the one who went to Funky and told him what Claudia had been saying about him, Al behind the scenes was setting landmines against his coworkers and one of those landmines blew up in his face. The group has always been Claudia defends women and Al and Funky defend LGBTQ community and they all have their triggers so production put things for them to discuss that hit the hosts to become combative on air..Yes I do believe Claudia talks shyt about Al but I also believe Al did exactly what Claudia said he did.i saw over a year ago this accident happening and I wrote Claudia telling her to balance the energy it was too gay.. Sorry but there's some truth to putting flamboyant feminine black gay men on air ( not all) it becomes something unexpected unpredictable Messy..it worked in the beginning and I believe Claudia was jealous that her " BABY" was being carried by a Fay black man and said something behind the scenes and someone told him[ Funky].. Armon is a loose cannon and can't be trusted especially after he's liquored up.. None of them are dirt free and whatever happens from this point on needed to.. All are Guilty
