The Kit I used was from MY Pluming Stuff, maybe they will see it and be like man I need to sponsor this guy. I don’t have affiliation links to give you. Well any that work but a quick amazon search will bring you to a bunch of affordable kits and this was a super easy conversion.
The kit I used in number RX2300J and I’ll let you know in a month or so in the comments if I like it or not.

hey. did you ever find where to buy the extra hanging support separately? I'm workin with an angled ceiling and finding those would be a game changer.

Sorry I did not it ended up being plenty sturdy without it. But it pivots around the shower bar and is hight adjustable.

It has, it has a little support that goes to the ceiling, it got a bit loose I thought i was going to have to glue it, but my gf just tightened it up a bit at it was good to go. I would buy it again, we did use a different shower head, but it was because we already had it.

@@ceewoody7310 we plan to build a shower where our claw foot tub is now at some point in life, but were thinking about moving the tub into our bedroom and use it as a soaking tub. But because this kit worked so good we have lost all motivation to do that for the foreseeable future. Our little dude loves it too.

I wanted a different shower head and the convertor hole is too big to install to the original pole

We have used two different heads with ours so far and nether needed any type of adapter. That does stink yours didnt work.

Or did you mean the faucet? If its the faucet you can take your hoses and faucet to your local hard ware store or lowes and they can help you pick out the proper fittings to make it work. I went with a steel braded line that was the the right size as the faucet and changed to a threaded pvc coupling to fit on the supply side.
