If you have enough stamina and FP to do two Scattershot Throws in a row and the first one headshots, the second one true combos and tends to do the same. Not that I needed to do that here, though.
This was just the first clip I could get. The headshot can allow you to throw more with R2 for a smaller shotgun damage. The startup on the skill's too long for it to combo into itself, but it can roll catch if you wait and react to it.
