I was twirling my 4a hair 20 years ago😂😂😂 . Once the natural hair gets used to being curly, u no longer have to twist it just wet it put conditioner in it, shake it and go.
Nice job. 🦄 What's allowed is what works for you (long-term). I like the Kinky Curly Custard. I do not use gel without applying a leave in conditioner even after deep conditioning. If you continue to get the "sneezies" after shampooing especially while using the same poo, it may be an allergic reaction to its ingredients. And yes, wash and go(s) / wet-set(s) work best on very wet hair. I prefer to style in the shower; and I find I use less products.
It’s probably the fragrance causing you to sneeze. Happens to me every wash day. I end up sneezing 24-48 hours after washing. Bathroom is probably too steamy and not ventilated properly. You’re inhaling nothing but steamed fragrance. Possibly.
