I put my boyfriend’s baby picture as my screensaver over a year ago, and it truly has helped me hold space for his inner child and see a clearer picture of him. I’m so happy to hear you do that!
Married six years and it took me/us like three years to learn these lessons and since I learned them, I am living the marriage of my dreams :D and I am like "and this is just the beginning???" it's exciting

Wow. This video helped me so much. Ive always felt thay my daughters father is my twin flame. He has been there for me in very hard times and I for him. We have both nroken each other's heart but for some reason God kept bringing us together b4 our baby. I have never ran into anyone the way ive ran into him in random places in Nyc. Now we are permanently tied with a child. Its easy to go blind in this reality even after waking up. He is the earth to my water. Keeps me grounded as I lift his energy.

I really love the concept of “helping the people we love come back to themselves a million times.” This is sooooo honest and true. People adapt and try to cope with daily challenges which sometimes cause one to drift away from themselves. It’s truly love to help them on their journey and to remind them who they are! This talk about ownership vs experience with people sounds a little like villanizing attachment, the want of stability in a relationship and other very basic human things like being able to hold your husband accountable for things. What I heard you describe just sounds like giving him a space of acceptance which is an important part of building attachment/intimacy, and trust. Being a very spiritual person myself and having a long history with Buddhism that ideology that we should view other people as experiences or else we are acting out of “ego” is dehumanizing in a sense and also sent me down a rabbit hole of feeling guilty for having boundaries/standards as an already passive person. Some “gurus” will repeat this and make it seem like the idea of committed relationships are built off ownership and that that’s a inherently negative thing but I had to learn belonging is a good thing, attachment is a good thing, stability is a good thing and without those things we can’t really have trust and true love. Idk if that makes sense because what you described doesn’t really sound like what they teach just that you picked up the language but as somebody who’s been down that path it’s a little overrated and impractical lol.

I understand that the way I worded it was triggering to you based on past experiences, but I wanted to be clear that I personally haven’t gone down that rabbit hole myself or heard it being used in that way. I’m sorry that the way that I worded it impacted your interaction with my content. Everything that I said here is from a perspective of feeling accepted and liberated within relationships and reciprocating that as well. My husband and I definitely hold each other accountable and have communicated boundaries within our relationship. We are also making it a point to intentionally bond ourselves to eachother for lifetimes because of the love that we have for one another.
