I do this I have a battery from 07 that’s fine

Lead sulfate corroded the plates, what chemical is reactive to lead sulfate... 🤔... Tadah, baking powder... 😀

Always remove acid first!!!

Always Distilled Water, it has No Metal Minerals in it--Non-Conductive...

@@veggiepowered epsom salt will preserve the batteries life time I always add a couple table spoons to my brand new batteries and I’ll see double to lifetime at least.

@@Wongigigi --Good to Know, never heard of anyone doing this, just curious what Epsom Salt does inside Battery to Increase Life of Battery...

@@Wongigigi Do you add Epsom salt with the new battery? Just without adding anything else! Why do you need to add a new battery to avoid damaging it?
