I have a feeling the buyer of the property will have the old house demolished as it's a large block suitable for development. We cannot remove any fixtures at this stage, but I may be able to approach the new owners after settlement 👍😊

Yes, there are a few nice deco pieces BB - they are quite popular! 😊 I suspect the property has been purchased by developers and they'll probably demolish the house. I may be able to salvage some of the fixed furniture down the track 👍

Looks like a fairly quick clearance, and being so close to your store I wonder if you'll manage to sell something back to the new owners?

Certainly an easier job than the farm Martin! I think the property was purchased by developers as it's a very large block. I would say the house and old shed will be demolished.

Ha ha, Chris you are incorrigible, at least it's not as big a job as the last workshop clearance ! 😉 It would be great if you can get the old "Snapper" mower running again, I love the old outbuilding, although it looks a bit draughty ! The cottage is a little time capsule, the kitchen units take me back, some of these retro units are quite popular now in the UK with younger buyers, shame about the damage to that little Jug - looks like a Wilkinson Staffordshire pottery design !

Yeah Andy, I couldn't possibly do another big workshop clean-out at the moment - so I hope no one offers me one! I'm not sure I can trust myself! 🤣🤣 I will do a video on the Snapper, it's a very cool old mower! I suspect the buyers of the property will demolish everything and develop the block, so there's a chance we could salvage some of the fixed cabinets down the track 😊👍 The jug looks very deco - I was hoping it would be a Clarice Cliff one (and undamaged)!

Looks like a fun little distraction without too much expense and lots of upside. You'll knock it down in stride i'm sure. I have a friend who takes those art deco dressing tables and separates them into two more desirable nightstands.

Just leave the wardrobes if they arnt worth taking. Or take and put in your shop maybe someone new in the town might need some....😀

@@TheUltimateRecycler They have a home. The new owners will need bedroom wardrobes no doubt, unless they are dedicated full time nudests/naturalists with thick skin. I think they call themselves hair Dressers 🤔 wild & woolie exsistance rag free freedom. ( Imagine the newly converted initiation sunburn 😬 the ultimate sausage sizzle)
