Those classrooms are incredible. I went to school in France, and in middle school and high school our classrooms had desks, a board with a projector, a teacher's desk and maybe a sink that didn't work half the time. That's it. Rarely some kids' projects were on the walls.
my dad taught for 20 something years and had a bunch of disney stuff all over his classroom including TONS of disney posters and now we have them in our movie room but it was weird when we cleaned it out the classroom felt so empty (but not nearly that much disney stuff, just a few toys and a lot of posters haha)
Omg Yes The Tigger Movie is the best Winnie the Pooh movie!!! I listen to “Your Heart Will Lead You Home” by Kenny Loggins whenever I’m sad. Sometimes I blast it in my car.
I'm not sure on the size of it yet, but I'm also converting a room into a filming room when we move, so quite a few of my Disney decorations will be in that!
You should check out queen creek during your hunt! The housing development is booming right now and they are pretty affordable. The Queen Creek Unified School District is pretty good for it being a public school. Plus the high school English department is amazing and I’m sure you would be a great fit (Everyone in the English department is a Disney fanatic so you would fit in almost too well). They are hiring more teachers for the English department too so you would have a good shot! I would check it out! I know we aren’t a big town, in fact we are pretty small, but we are a great community and I’m sure you would only make it better!
You just glaze by 'a kid ran into this wall today' lmaoooo I work with kids too and can confirm it doesn't even matter when they hurt themselves after a certain point
6:38 yo when i was younger i memorized the WHOLE movie bc i watched it alll the time and you all could tell my parents and siblings were bjust like no every time the remote went over that movie and i think I still remember most of it
Good luck in your new school. I am currently a primary school learning support assistant and am leaving my current school at the end of the term to do my teacher training.
I am cleaning up my classroom! Guess what my theme will be for next year?!?♥ I teach business 7th and 8th grade in Virginia. Sending you positive vibes!
Use a knife not a sharp knife just one of the blunt ones you get when you buy when you buy place setting. You know the ones that can't really split a soft roll. Put the flat of the blade behind the head of the thumbtack you should be abel to pop the tack out easily.
@@mrthomasenglish that's great and I saw Ur story on Instagram and how u thought no one was gonna be interested in this but let me tell u, u were completely wrong Nd I love this video cause ur classroom is filled with so many stuffs and memories I as a viewer feel like someone special and that I was able to be a part of it so thank you
Both of my parents are teachers and my mom teacher 3-5 year olds and therefore as the oldest child I would have to do most of the heavy lifting when it came to her masses of books and loose parts. We've moved countries and classrooms a lot so let me just say this is only the fun parts of moving, the boring parts come when you get where you're going and you don't have enough room for all your things and you panic cuz you just have too much stuff. Or y'know the immense amount of boxes and weight you're left to lift.
People have no idea how much work that job is. We were told what we had to do in our classrooms too. Every year there was some new "trend" they wanted to try. We had to post our objectives on the wall daily for every lesson. Students could care less about objectives. I taught SPED. Imagine if you teach 3 different grade and ability levels as well as ALL subject areas? I made a sliding objective chart for reading, writing, and math, with the general common core standards inside a clear pocket holder. You could change them daily, slide them in and out. It took me some time to type and enlarge them on 11" x 14" paper for each subject area. But I was able to change the standards daily without having to write them on a board. I had a set for each grade level. I taught 3rd-6th grade. It was in a school where the principal came by EVERY DAY, unannounced, to all the classrooms with her clipboard.
I love your videos from TikTok, this is my first time watching you on RU-vid but I really do think you should get a tripod just because it will be easier for you!
My teacher is leaving and she had photos of everyone in my class up and today she took them down after 2 years 😭😭 (At my school we have 1 teacher for 2 years)
I think I'm sharing a classroom, but we're (hopefully) moving into a house, so I'm making a room into a filming room, so I'm gonna film decorating that!
