Sorry for the late upload we will start daily vlogs from April 1st.
Make sure you subscribe to follow our daily lives in this farm!
Hey to everyone!!
We are two young adults, Despina 22 and Deivids 23 renovating an old farm house from 1817 in Latvia. Everything in and out of our house has been done by ourselves with no hired help. Soooo far everything is going great and there haven't been any incidents.
DIY is going to apply to nearly everything in our house. Our budget is tight and that has made us appreciate every "ugly" part of this house and turn it into something new and beautiful.
We give new life to things that others would throw away!
In this journey we are not alone! We are starting up our little Farmily and part of it are
3 goats
1 Mom Sheep & 2 Baby Sheep
4 chickens
1 rooster
and 2 geese
Oh yeah and my cat Ivi
Despite our daily problems we are two young people full of joy and happiness, ready to start a new crazy chapter in our life. It wouldn't be fair to keep this fun for us!
that's why we want YOU to be also part of our Farmily!!
Hope you enjoy our video!
We love our very supportive community!!
Thank you so much for the support you are giving us. Every view, like, share, subscribe and financial support means a lot to us. Any support is extremely appreciated!

Oh the babies and adults are all so darling. Love the way the stork glides like an Angel, Poetry in Motion! The reason your goat got upset when you were snuggling your other goat is because he was jealous. The minute you let the other goat off your lap the angry goat became calm and snuggled up against you with a happy look on his face. Your animals love you and David very much you take care of Gods animals with pure love ❤️❤️❤️.

My dad used to stand the hay bales on its flat end, he could then unroll the layers like toilet paper, way easier to get it apart then. Very much enjoying your videos. Thank you for sharing them.

If sheep are calling out it is normally because they are either hungry/thirsty left by the flock or are used to snacks when they see you. If she is used to being hand fed when she sees you she will cry. We also find for the first few months after lambing the lambs cry which then makes the mums cry in response. it settles as the lambs get older. I would not seperate them. That will be a recipie for constant noise!! we always kept all of our sheep with our goats when we had goats. They boss the sheep about a little but are compatible
@DoBeDiff
@DoBeDiff 3 года назад
Thank you for the info! ❤️ It's definitely the snacks, previous owners fed her snacks all the time and we did so she gets used to us, but now we stoped for 2 weeks. She has been screaming a lot less 😊

Just remember that sheep are graziers, while goats forage... Different preferences out in the paddock! There will come a time when they are really mature, and will need to be allowed to roam naturally... I can understand how you adore them as pets... and that can be managed while they're young...but as they grow older they will change and you must too! Remember, they have wild instincts too.... yes even the ones raised as pets... Believe I've bottle fed poddy lambs, but there comes a time when you must let them have a normal free wandering life in the paddock! There's always young ones coming on!

Hello put a NET Around the nest , One or two meters below him !!!! It's the Mother that pushes the baby out the nest!!!! The more you cut the more direct the baby falls down.......She can only feed two babys....when borns more than two She pushes One out !!!!

I hope you do keep her. She has been living a great life with you two...what if she was bought by people who would mistreat her or eat her?? That would be baa baa-d

What do you have against birds? Why did you remove the support for the stork nest or did you remove the whole nest? Why? Sheep are supposed to eat grass which you apparently have none of during the winter. Were you able to get hay for them?
