Thanks for your work on these videos. Fun to watch for us but a lot of work for you . All these camera angles and setup/ takedowns. Drone shots...hatcams..music and editing. We all know if your gone for a few days that your putting some epic stuff together. Thanks for taking us along.
Slowly going through Andrew’s downloads and enjoying them as much or more than the first time. His subject matter, or content, his personality, or uniqueness, and his work ethic are beyond reproach.
He can fix anything!!! I wish he lived in KY I would hire him !! I'm just amazed when something breaks down he can figure it out.. I would like to hang out with you sometime Andrew!!
Ha, he uses equipment to do everything. He doesn't work hard. He's a dedicated worker and has a work ethic, but when you have equipment to do the work for you, that ends the hard work. Andrew works smart not hard. He's a smart guy.
@@jaywillow9927 So this implies that the only type of hard work is strictly labor intensive? Doctors, lawyers, teachers, engineers etc.... all lazy apparently. You can work hard in many ways.
Love your videos. I love how you never have the camera right in your face, stroking your ego for 10 minutes before any work begins like many other content providers.
You're actually helping me learn some new techniques to clear some land I'm buying. The drone footage is perfect. From a marketing standpoint, videos like this will help prospective customers truly understand what you're bidding. Well done!
I am watching this video on the big screen and I am just amazed at how you make that Yanmar excavator look like it is alive when the video is sped up. For being a small machine you get some big things done with it. Keep them coming Andrew!
you prolly dont give a shit but does someone know a way to log back into an instagram account? I was stupid forgot my login password. I appreciate any tricks you can offer me!
@Jairo Gerald I really appreciate your reply. I found the site thru google and im in the hacking process atm. Looks like it's gonna take a while so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
I’m really enjoying your videos. I like that they are longer “episodes” but you keep them interesting. I know it’s already a lot of work just to do the job, and to video and edit it takes even more time and effort. Thanks for taking the time to share, you obviously enjoy what you do, that’s great! Keep it coming.
WOW! I my opinion Andrew produces the best videos on you tube. This kid is a genius. He seems to be able to fix anything. Can't wait for his next video!
David Fickle a genius, he would be just another worker where i live. A good worker but still just a worker. Man a bunch of ass kissers on you tube, it gets annoying
@@randomlyfunny2657 Have you watched all of his videos ? He's far more than an equipment operator. His ability to diagnose and solve a problem , be it with computer installation or even drone repair, combined with an understanding of physics principles and the ability to repair and maintain virtually any piece of equipment indicates to me, and countless others, that he is perhaps gifted.
Andy, Ive been binge watching your videos, lol Really, really informative and totally compelling videos. You’ve helped me figure out a lot of questions I’d had about future projects. Love the dogs!!! Best of Luck! Thanks!!
Your videos are very interesting and at the same time really relaxing to watch. You truly love the work you are doing. A rare thing nowadays. Long may you continue so. And don't stop making the vids.☺
An absolutely amazing video, Andrew! The drone footage of the gravel operation, the felling of that big tree, the timelapses and the music are all beautiful. I also liked the pov. You should do that more often, while in your machines.
Andrew, thanks again for sharing a great video. I have an older ASV. The undercarriage is made up of a series of UHMW bogey wheels and a rubber tortion arm. Because they are not made of steel or aluminum, you do need to avoid driving over hard sharp edges whenever possible. I have operated bobcat as well and there is no comparison in the ride. The ASV is so smooth and easy on my back. Caterpillar had invested in ASV back in the 90’s to license the undercarriage. In return, some ASV had CAT engines. After Terex bought ASV, caterpillar went to their own undercarriage design.
Gotta love those tortion bars. I Googled the word to find out what esoteric piece of engineering this was exactly. Wikipedia defines tortion as a word used by inbred hillbilly idiots that never learned to spell. Hmm. Why are they using inbred hillbillies in skidsteers? I know ASV likes to cheap out on parts, but this seems as ridiculous as buying a Dodge truck.
Andrew gives 150%. Always a great job. he brings the skills and sense to get a job done . Such a wonderful person. And yes I too cant stop watching the vids, lol.
Its nice to be your own boss, work out in the woods, sure would be nice if that fire was going, looks like its cold up there.I see you work a lot by yourself sure need to be careful. We all enjoy watching you do your thing, so please be safe out there, Don't know what we would if something happen to you. Very nicely done..
I think Andrew does a good job at conservation. He knows a lot more about trees than 90% of contractors, only takes what he needs to get the job done, and uses the wood for firewood or takes it to the mill. Also, in his state, there is a ton of government regulation and bureaucracy. That spray paint and those route lines didn't get there by accident. As usual, great video.
Wow. I’ve seen a few of your videos now, and the amount of work that you can do by yourself is amazing. The videos are excellent, right down to the music! Thanks!
Sweet video Andrew! Really enjoyed watching this one! Talk about a sweet home site! Can't wait to see more. Gravel shots were really awesome and so was the end, the drone is such an integral to filming these days I feel like.
I do like that you always do the best you can for every job and never leave the work undone, that's why you get so much work because of your great reputation.
I always looking forward to seeing more of your video, you are a great story teller. Thank you for sharing your amazing video. God bless you and your family
This is quite a nice job to have landed. I am sure whomever hired you is very pleased with your work. You have a great work ethic and lots of good ideas.
I have a 60 gal. Campbell Hausfeld at 3.75 horsepower - I do admire your willingness to repair your equipment - you certainly don't hesitate to tackle any repair job - bravo!!!
Just getting footage of the work, whilst doing the work, is so difficult. Having two fixed cameras going and the drone, all recording the tree next to the bridge, is skill in itself.
@@RangieNZ oh, I know, I know I and the 8 bit guy can attest to that, or back that up. I know trying to get the footage alone is a bit of a task in itself, and sometimes editing can be a hassle in itself too. I know that because I record and edit all of it by myself.
WOW! Andrew you’re awesome! You’re a one man wrecking crew… But you do it so neatly. Love, love, love this video. Never thought you’d be pushing down those trees with the Yanmar! Love the drone footage, and helmet cam footage too. I’m hooked on your videos man!
I am buying a piece of property and was looking at demolishing mobile homes as well as other land clearing videos - yours are the BEST. I love watching them just to watch them! And Oh Man I wish you lived near me! You are so honest and do such a good job. Very nice.
Beautiful land up in New York! Was at Longlake, New York along time ago and it's gorgeous. I live in Maine and it's almost the same. Such gorgeous land you own.
Awesome! This is shaping up to look like one of the best best builds on RU-vid made by a guy who actually knows what he's doing. The "Pure Living for Life" killer.
Nice piece of land! I can't believe how dry the ground is. In Alberta the snow hasn't even melted yet! Guess your snow machines don't get much use there? Winter is just too damn long here! Thanks Andrew, another fine video, got a s load of work done, didn't even need to leave the kitchen table, whew! Might be getting a callus on my fingers from typingLOL!!!! You make it look so easy!
Your technique for tree removal is very efficient - digging out from underneath the root ball of the tree, then pushing the tree over, cutting the trunk from the now uprooted rootball/base, and then just pick the rootball up and remove. Next cutting the trunk to length, move and stack to the side, then grab and move limbs, and extraneous material to the burn pile. You're to be commended - very efficient as I said before. I will be showing your videos to my clearing crew when that day happens. They'll hate me to be sure. lol.
So. This man is one of a kind. He is uniquie for his generation. To me, it seems clear that with every passing new generation people are being taught down, dum down.. My old teacher in the 80s used to drive an old car from the 1960s. She knew how to fix the car went it went wrong Today people own cars but don't know how the change a wheel. One young guy recantly put coolant in the engine oil filler of his brand knew car. Broke his car. My great grandfather father fought in the first world war. in the 1970s, I remember watching him answering questions on high brow tv quizz. Difficult questions as I've watched the same tv quizz still broadcast in 2019. he was a working class man. His educational knowledge of the word and vocabulary was at a higher standard across the board in his day. I've seen young people look at me strange when I asked them a question about a general item and they said to me what's that in a dum ass way. Seem they understand iphones and apps but some other things goes over there heads. We need this guy to seed his DNA across the planet.
These are simply wonderful to watch! You work like many of us, and better than most! About the time I'm thinking... "why don't you do tha...... " you just did it!
Hey I just letting you know that I really do enjoy watching your videos especially the trees removing one, they are all awesome I am from Trinidad and Tobago in the Caribbean, Great contents keep it up.
Andrew you should really invest in some chainsaw safety chaps. They only run about $30 - $50 and they may save your life, especially since you work alone.
Mr father ran a chainsaw to many many years working cutting logs never used safety gear and never was cut you don't get hurt if you take your time and watch what your doing..
You cut that femoral artery in your leg and you're working alone out in the woods, they may find you in a few days but you're gonna be dead! You're gonna be dead in a few minutes, actually. That was a common occurrence in WW2 where a guy would get shot or get shrapnel in his leg and be dead before the medic could even get to him. I'm just sayin'...
Great video. I pave been thinking about doing my own site prep for my house. My buddy does civil work for an excavation company. I know my way around excavators, loaders and lasers from landscaping. I thought shit I could do it myself. Lots of good information thank you
You all are lucky up there that you still have your hemlocks. Ours died out from beetle damage in the late 90's, early 2000's. They were always one of the nicest looking trees in the woods in my opinion around here. (The Carolinas)
