When you say double ceramic what does that mean? It gets stupid hot where I live (like 115-118º) in the summer. I have just regular tint on my vehicles and it doesn't seem to help a ton. Maybe I have the wrong stuff
XPEL make xr ceramic which blocks around 88% of the infrared heat which is a single layer ceramic meaning when it’s made they blast a single layer of ceramic particles…then XPEL has the xrplus ceramic in which is blasted with two layers of ceramic particles In which blocks more heat … you can check it all out www.XPEL.com
Is there a limit in Florida? Cuz my 4 door silverado has double ceramic limo on all 5 windows with 30% on the windshield and I've never had a ticket I live in vegas
It used to be heavily frowned on and is illegal (in some states), but its an absolute game changer in the hot summer days. And so many people do it now you don't get messed with by police anymore.
@ilikechickensausages2075 it's not to save the dash, it helps with cooling the vehicle. And a very light tint like 40% doesn't effect your night vision like you would think. I have 20% sides, 5% back glass, and 25% on the windshield and I still see just fine.
@@EasyBakinX Yeah we can't have tinted windshield in Australia, Some people try but if you are caught your car insurance is voided and your car is not road worthy.
@ilikechickensausages2075 that's crazy. It helps so much. Especially with the new vehicles headlights. They are bright as hell. Little bit of tint goes a long ways. Like insanely long ways. I wouldn't be surprised if in 10 years tinted windshields are standard.
