Clermont New Homes - Esplanade at Highlands Ranch - Santini Model 

I love this house. The floors, wall colors, layout and size of rooms, and the kitchen - whoa, I want that kitchen, I've dreamed of this kitchen many a night, he he - are perfect!! The backyard and pool area are also what dreams are made of. I would like to add in case builders read the comments is that the flooring in this house, which I assume is either porcelain or laminate, is gorgeous. The color of the "wood" really warms up the house which is needed in a modern design which can sometimes seem cold. We have natural wood in our home now and it is an absolute bear to keep clean, plus it stains very easily. I never want a natural wood floor again. Oh, and praise to the interior designer who did a wonderful job making this house look like a cozy home even with all the fancy extras in it. Whoever picked out the light fixtures did a great job too because they all looked like modern pieces of art hanging from the ceiling - even in the butler pantry area!
