NFL Cheerleaders have a straight-forward job: get your fans pumped and psyched. But what happens if you're a cheerleader for the Cleveland Browns?
Meet Chrissy. She’s part of the pep squad for the perennial cellar dwellers in Cleveland. In this edition of “Hardest Jobs In Sports”, we explore what it’s like to try to generate energy when your team is blowing leads, losing quarterbacks and marching to a win-less season.

Funny I have rooted for the Cleveland Browns as a kid since the 50’s. My late father since 1946. The Browns back in the day that I remember of them 50’s and 60’s were feared by other NFL teams to play the Browns were so good. The move to Baltimore killed the team. Just think if that didn’t happen. We had one of the best Football Coaches of all time at the time of the move in Bill Bellichek. Just look at what he did for the New England Patriots and there is no Franchise out there better run then the New England Patriots period. It could of been the Cleveland Browns. Thank Art Modell for screwing things up in Cleveland. If Paul Brown stayed in Cleveland and if the team didn’t move to Baltimore and kept Bellichek trust me there would of been many Super Bowls rings in Cleveland. Might of even had a real NFL Cheer Leading Squad also. Nine years ago before my 87 year old father passed away he told me that he will never get to see the Cleveland Browns get to a Super Bowl. I am about to turn 67 in another 2 weeks. I am starting to think the same thing now. Still waiting. Go Browns.

It is November 27, 2018. The Browns are 4-6-1, a .409 win percentage, which not good is their best since 2014. The Cavaliers are 4-15, a .211 win percentage. Only Atlanta is worse.
