In fairness, if you cut half the team at the start of his tenure and tell him he's the one in charge of the rebuild, firing him before the rebuild is anywhere near complete is ludicrous. We wouldn't have got in any better coach that has been in the NFL for any signifcant amount of time and honestly Dorsey is exactly what we need, not a new head coach. The stats look bad but had we won the 6 games we had a good chance in (ie 4th quarter down less than a TD) this year we'd be in an undeniably worse position next year.
