Cleveland's Public Square Undergoing Construction to Install Bollards (April 22, 2024) 

The ugly concrete barriers are gone, and construction has begun at Downtown Cleveland's Public Square. Crews are working to repair the concrete and lay the groundwork for the installation of regular and retractable bollards, with work expected to be completed in late June or early July of 2024.
