A nod to the law enforcement bikes of the early 70s but with a serious bent towards performance and safety. The cruiser that doesn't run with the herd.
One of the most beautiful cruisers in the world, in my opinion. I'd trade my Harley in on one any day, if credit wasn't a question. Simply magnificent. . .
Too bad more people don't know about the Moto Guzzi Eldorado and California...They could easily be one of HD's biggest nightmares. Gorgeous fit and finish on these bikes, exhaust note Is wicked in its own right, as well.
Good video the outro made me laugh . They are good value for money used I bought a 4 valve Norge it's an electra glide ultra classic level of bike for Sportster money not as spacious or comfortable but it's all right . It's not under pressure at 75 mph like my 4 speed 1340 hog was that's how come I gave it the chop .
I love the for sale videos but also the history piece on each bike. I have to admit the California isn't for me. 1400cc? I have a rule, no bikes with engines bigger than my car. :D
I bought a brand new one a week ago. The dealer said actually you cannot have factory heated grips on the Eldorado. Mine is a 2020 model. Wish I could get the straight story on that. Thank you.
I purchased 2013 used California custom and love all its features. I'm looking forward for Eldorado. Do you have an idea if they are continuing these models?
Hello , I own this bike and i have performed an oil change myself . From what i understand as per my Moto Guzzi dealer there is only one hole for oil to be removed and one hole for it to be replaced meaning that the engine and the transmission both run off of the Motul 10 W 60 no seperate tank for the Transmission and then of course the drive shaft . I hope you are wrong ! I need to speak with them today . Great video otherwise .
Yep, top 4 Vespa/Piaggio dealer in the USA and formerly the #1 Guzzi Dealer in the USA. We'll have Guzzi back when they get their shit together. We sell Benelli, Zero (0-60 in 2.8 seconds) and Energica (when they get here). Current inventory is ZX-14R, Multistrada 1200, VTX1800, HD FLHP etc. the list goes on... Oh, and our "girly 💕 scooters" top out at 126 mph which is 11 mph faster than your 2013 Triumph Thunderbird. So, I'll just assume you're bustin' balls in fun.
Matt Capri did a run at Bonneville with a 1700cc Storm circa 2014 and saw 135mph. Rotrex makes a supercharger for the 1700 twin that's been dyno-ing at around 160hp, so the Thunderbird's no joke.
How's the suspension on these when riding on rough pavement? I've been looking for a bike that i can ride long distance on without getting beat up and sore due to stiff suspension.
