I was just thinking that... At the risk of a backlash it's fair to assume that some people lack intelligence, whether it's the ocean receding, or a cliff about to collapse or any natural disasters they'll simply stay there and stare... That kind of people are usually not aware of their surroundings and no matter how dangerous something looks they'll simply ignore the signs... If I was there ( especially with my kids ) and I saw that I'd say it's time to go... If that part of the cliffs down there collapsed that means any part of the cliffs can collapse too...

Because that shit is always on the verge of falling... Even when it actively has dropping rocks and earth it happens for hours and you still won't see an entire face of the wall fall. They probably didn't go there with the intent of recording a cliff face collapsing. They weren't gonna spend the entire day fixating on the cliff knowing there likely wasn't going to be any thing beyond normal falling rocks and dirt.

Personally I wouldnt have uploaded. It was probably an exciting event to have witnessed and fair enough if the person filming couldn't keep filming waiting for it to eventually collapse. But yea, no point uploading a dust cloud.
